Grand Casino current Operational Guidelines

Entry to Grand Casino

We are currently operating under the 'Orange Light' setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. 

 

As of 11:59pm Friday 25 March, Grand Casino customers will not be asked to use the NZ COVID Tracer App to sign in, or to manually register. If you choose to use the app or manually sign in, these resources will remain available to you. 

 

    

 

Hours of Operation

Grand Casino is open daily from Noon including the Grand Bar & Restaurant. 
Our hours for table games remain as Saturday & Sunday from 2pm; Monday - Friday from 4pm. 

 

Please note we are CLOSED on Good Friday

Gaming Floor

We are currently operating under the 'Orange Light' setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. 

At the 'Orange' setting face masks are encouraged, however are not compulsory for all guests. Staff will continue to wear medical-grade masks at all times. 

 

Table Games: 7 players maximum are permitted at all times.

All members must use their card at gaming machines.

Grand Bar & Restaurant

At the 'Orange Light' setting dining service returns to normal. ie guests no longer need to be seated in order to be served. 

There will be no meal service at machines.

You are not required to wear a mask while you dine. 

 

Health & Safety

The entire gaming floor will be sanitized prior to opening and then consistently during our operating hours.  All surfaces will be properly wiped down.

All staff will be wearing masks at all times.

Masks will be available as will hand sanitizers. Guests are encouraged to wear face masks under the 'Orange Light' setting. 

Vaccinations

Grand Casino staff have a 100% vaccination rate.  

From Tuesday 5 April, Grand Casino will not require vaccination passes to be presented when entering the casino.
