How do I redeem $80 Freeplay?

$80 Freeplay applies for all new members to Grand Casino, Grand Rewards loyalty program.

Can I make a Grand Bar & Restaurant reservation via the Grand Casino app?

Yes, a reservation request can be placed via the 'dining' icon at the bottom right corner of the mobile version of app. Alternatively, please contact enquiries@grandcasino.co.nz or call 03 470 0948.

 

How often do my point balances update?

Your point balances update daily, and can be checked via the ''My Profile'' section of the app.
