As a Grand Rewards member you accumulate Status Points as you play, presenting the opportunity to experience a host of entertainment benefits the Grand Casino has to offer.
Status Points determine which Member Tier you will belong to and are updated on a quarterly basis.

From July 1st 2024, members in the Rewards tier will be upgraded to Rewards Plus

- As you play, receive a 10% discount on food and house beverages in the Grand Bar & Restaurant.
- Earn Bonus Points as you play. Spend your Bonus Points on freeplay or food and beverages.
Legend
From April 1st, 2024: To qualify you need to earn a Status Point total of: 3,000 Status Points
- As you play, receive complimentary non-alcoholic house beverages.
- Receive a 10% discount when staying at Southern Cross Hotel.
- As you play, receive a 20% discount on food and house beverages in the Grand Bar & Restaurant.
- Earn Bonus Points as you play. Spend your Bonus Points on freeplay or food and beverages.

- Receive invitations to Legend Events.

Prestige
From April 1st, 2024: To qualify you need to earn a Status Point total of: 8,000 Status Points

Elite
Qualification for the Elite tier is by invitation only

Grand Casino reserves the right to amend or cancel any of these benefits and rewards or change the number of Status Points required for access to each tier at any time without notice.
The Grand Casino Rewards programme is designed to reward our loyal customers. We recognise rewards may be open to abuse beyond the level reasonably expected and as such reserve the right to remove or alter benefits and rewards without notice.
Unless explicitly stated the Grand Loyalty programme benefits and rewards are for the cardholder only and attempts to use the card for other purposes will be deemed as abuse of privileges and may result in loss of all rewards and benefits.
Where complimentary car parking is offered it is based on availability in the car park only.
Where reduced or complimentary room rates are offered it is based on availability only and at the discretion of Grand Casino.
