If you did not receive a 4-digit confirmation text or email to verify your account it may mean the phone number associated with your Grand Rewards membership may be incorrect or invalid. Please contact enquiries@grandcasino.co.nz or visit our Guest Services team next time you visit Grand Casino to update your phone number.
How do I redeem $80 Freeplay?
$80 Freeplay applies for all new members to Grand Casino, Grand Rewards loyalty program.
How it works:
- You receive $20 Promo Dollars (freeplay) after successfully completing the sign-up process.
- Members then receive $20 Promo Dollars per week for the first three weeks of being a Grand Rewards member.
Promo Dollars will be downloaded to your member card when you insert it into any gaming machine.
You must be 20 years or older to become a Grand Rewards member.

Yes, a reservation request can be placed via the 'dining' icon at the bottom right corner of the mobile version of app. Alternatively, please contact enquiries@grandcasino.co.nz or call 03 470 0948.
How often do my point balances update?
Your point balances update daily, and can be checked via the ''My Profile'' section of the app.
