All package elements must be redeemed at the time of the booking and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Guests receive complimentary carparking in the Grand Casino carpark. The Scenic Hotel Southern Cross has a limited amount of rooms available to Grand Casino for these dates. Please allow 48 hours for a booking to be processed; we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible. Grand Casino Stay and Play offers do not cover carparking in the Scenic Hotel Southern Cross or room service charges.

In the case of cancellation you must notify Grand Casino Stay & Play team as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a booking more than 24hours prior to check-in or 'no show' bookings may result in a cancellation charge to your credit card.
